DETAILS Open to ALL Rising Kindergarten and Rising 5th Grade students Camp Dates: May 29th to July 20th (Open 9a-3p on Memorial Day and 4th of July) Camp Hours: Camp Day 9am-3pm, Extended Camp 7:45am - 6:00pm Enrollment: Four, 2 Week Sessions (Weekly and Daily Enrollment Available) Session 1: May 28th - June 8th / Session 2: June 11th - 22nd / Session 3: June 25th - July 6th / Session 4: July 9th - 20th *We are open 9-3 for Memorial Day and 4th of July!*
What goes on at Kiddos Summer Camp @ Smith... You can choose to come for Camp Day or Extended Camp. Each day is broken into Specials, Activity Choices, Freeplay, Lunch and you can opt for your child to do Great Grades!

*8:00-9:30: GREAT GRADES - Optional, see info below 7:45-9:00: Extended Before Camp 9:00-9:30: Carpool - Camp Day Drop Off 9:30-10:30: SPECIALS - Session long, skill/project 10:30-11:15: ACTIVITY Period 1 - 6 Activity Choices 11:15-11:55: ACTIVITY Period 2 11:55-12:25: Lunch (NUT FREE!) 12:30-1:20: Free play or *Great Grades 1:20-2:00: ACTIVITY Period 3 2:00-2:55: ACTIVITY Period 4 3:00-3:10: Carpool - Camp Day Pick Up 3:00-6:00 Extended After Camp - Activities/Enrichment (ON FRIDAYS WE WORK IN PREFORMANCES AND AN 18 FOOT WATERSLIDE!)
CAMP DAY(9-3): The camp day begins in the carpool line at 9:00. After being signed in, Campers will begin their fun filled day with freeplay on the playground. The Specials that week will start right at 9:30 and after that we have a day packed with awesome activities. We always welcome parents to join us anytime. We encourage you to come in the 1st day of camp to meet the staff and see what we are all about! EXTENDED DAY (Before 7:45 -9:00, After 3-6): Extended Day offers before camp from 7:45am - 9:00am and allows your camper to stay after camp from 3:00 until 6:00. In the mornings, campers can opt into Great Grades (see our great grade page for more info). All other campers will begin the day with free time! We offer computers, crafts and free play in the gym or outside. After Camp is a great time for unwinding from a busy day! The campers will be given a snack and there will be activies and games planned! ACTIVITIES: There are four, 35 minute, Activity periods during the camp day. Kiddos Campers will all come otgether before each period, hear which 6 activities are offered each Activity period and choose! Activities include: Sports, Science, Theater, Music, Wood Working, Gymnastics, Art, Cheer, Chess, Cooking, Talent, Creative Writing, Nature, Jewelry Making, Yoga, Magic, Board Games, Wrestling, Dance, Public Speaking, Gardening, Darts, Sing it, Photography and Videography club (rising 3rd-5th), and Water Play!
SPECIALS: A long term project/skill that campers work on for 1 hour each day during each Session. This year, Specials are a choice campers make before arriving to camp. Every session will have 4 special choices. Click here to learn the specifics about what your camper will get to do in each Special. Session 1: Baseball / Gardening / Architecture/ Commercial Acting Session 2: Soccer / Art (portraits & details) / Woodworking (Chairs) / Photography (3rd-5th grades) Session 3: Basketball / Cheer & Gymnastics / Comic Booking / Theater (Play) Session 4: All Sports / Dance (Pop & Hip Hop) / Science (Ooey Gooey & Experiments) / Art (Crafting) GREAT GRADES: This Year Great Grades is an option you can choose prior to camp. This allows us to tailor a learning period for students who are looking to continue their education over the summer. We will spend 2 hours each day! Our Great Grades program will focus on Math and Reading. Click here to learn more about Great Grades. FUN FRIDAYS: We had such a great time the last day of Kids Camp! So much, that we have decided to bring back the giant 18 foot water slide on the last Friday of every Session! To add to the excitment we will also have an ice cream truck! The Fridays in between will have a giant blow up Slip and Slide and water games. Fridays will also be a chance for campers to showcase some things they have done. Needless to say, FRIDAYS WILL BE A LOT OF FUN! LUNCH: Campers bring their lunch everyday! Counselors and campers eat their lunch on the shaded porch. We provide lemonade and water (we suggest water bottles to keep kids hydrated!) WE ARE A NUT FREE CAMP.
